She combines strong attention to detail with a calm, organised approach to patient care. Beatrice is highly experienced in pre-screening, patient coordination and supporting dispensing, and plays an important role in ensuring appointments run smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Fluent in English, Italian and German — and with a working understanding of French and Spanish — she is able to support a wide range of patients with clarity and confidence.
She has a natural confidence within the clinical environment and a strong understanding of the optical journey from start to finish, helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after at every stage.

Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist & Practice Manager
Aisha brings a rare and powerful combination of clinical expertise and operational leadership to The London Lens Company. As a qualified Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist, she provides valuable insight into ocular therapeutics and prescribing, supporting patients with informed advice on treatments including eye drops and related medications where appropriate.
Since joining the practice, Aisha has rapidly developed a strong understanding of optics and dispensing, applying her clinical precision to every aspect of patient care. She plays a key role in contact lens services, patient management, diary coordination and maintaining the high clinical standards the practice is known for.
Beyond clinical support, Aisha contributes significantly to the growth and culture of the business — from recruitment and team development to shaping systems, structure and patient experience. She also has a natural eye for styling and works closely with patients to help them choose frames that reflect both their personality and lifestyle.
Outside of practice, Aisha enjoys fashion, travel and the arts, and maintains an active lifestyle through Peloton, Pilates and hot yoga. She is an avid reader and appreciates creativity in all its forms — qualities that reflect her balance of discipline, aesthetic awareness and attention to detail.

After taking over the former Punch Opticians in 2025, he set out to create a modern, independent practice built around clinical excellence, advanced technology and carefully curated eyewear.
Ali has a particular interest in detailed eye health assessments, complex prescriptions and contact lens fitting. He believes an eye examination should be more than routine — it should be thorough, reassuring and genuinely tailored to the individual.
Outside of practice, Ali is a proud father and enjoys basketball, business strategy and building strong community partnerships locally in Earlsfield.
